We will accept and hold tentative reservations for 7 days. A Deposit of $200 with the completed application must be received within the 7 days to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival (or immediately if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival). In the event of cancellation, the $200 deposit becomes non-refundable. Should notification be made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will be subject to forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made less the cancellation charge of $200. Failure to pay balances on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, subject to the cancellation policies. The Deposit will be refunded in full if there is no damage to the property. No refunds for early departures or late arrivals
