Newfound Lake cottage Rental Property Information

This cottage is actually an old boat house. If you are a snowmobiler or involved with ice fishing, this is the place to rent. You can unload your machines right on the lake or you can do your ice fishing right out on the lake. It has its own private beach that leads right onto Newfound Lake. It has a private drive and will be plowed. The cottage is quaint and it is a home away from home. It has cable and a telephone for local calls. The cottage is not too far from restaurants or laundromats or gas stations. There is a small grocery store right down the road from the cottage. You would not be sorry to rent this cottage and have the access you would like to have to the lake area. It is newly heated this year. If you think this would be a cottage you would want to rent, please email and book some time for yourselves. It is not far from ski areas as well. It has a beautiful view of the lake. In the Fall, there are several hiking trails such as Roundtop and Inspiration Point in Bristol, Goose Pond also in Bristol. There are several other hiking trails available in nearby towns. The fall foliage in this area is beautiful to see. There is a lot of winter activity on the lake, snowmobiling, ice fishing derby and ice skating. There are snowmobile trails in the area. There are 3 major ski areas, Waterville Valley is 34.2 miles from the cottage, Gunstock ski area is 28.1 miles from the cottage and there is Ragged Mtn ski area which is 11.8 miles from the cottage. There are several good restaurants in the area. Also for in the summer, we have a mooring for motor boats and also we have a dock that the kids love to swim out to and jump off of. Jet skis and small motor boats can be launched down the road at the Park in Bristol for no fees and driven to the cottage . In the summer it is nice to hear the waves hitting the cement in the bays when there is a lot of boating activity.

If you cancel your reservation a week prior to the reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable. This is not fair to the owner and the owner may not be able to rerent the cottage.
  • lA 500.00 refundable deposit required for all rentals frin June to September, provided you do not cancel the week before. then it would be nonrefundable.

If you are a smoker that is fine but I would appreciate smoking out on the deck and cigarettes distinguished properly. I really do not want any smoking in the cottage. Much appreciated. Several families have had children who are allergic to animals, cats and or dogs, so we request no pets. This Would Also Be A Great Place For A Small Wedding Or For A Wedding Gift Of A Honeymoon . It Has The Lovely Sight Of The Newfound Lake And It Is Private And Homey. Whether It Be In The Summer, Fall, Winter Or Spring.

Weirs Beach and Funspot and Harts Turkey Farm These three attraction sights are only 30 minutes from the cottage. Bike week is held at Weirs Beach. Weirs Beach has a waterslide and arcades and restaurants and such. Harts Turkey Farm in Meredith NH is only 30 minutes away as well. Annalee Dolls are also only 30 minutes away from our cottage.
