Pollock Pines house Rental Property Information

Do not miss staying at this private get-away in the forest. Warm and inviting BRAND NEW home on two acres! Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six comfortably. Room for a boat and more than one-car (two-car garage and large driveway)!!

Location

This vacation rental home is located less than four miles to Jenkinson Lake in Pollock Pines and only 25 miles from Sierra-At-Tahoe Ski Resort. In the summer months, enjoy swimming, boating (bring your own or there are canoes, pedal boats, row boats, and kayaks for rent), water-skiing, wakeboarding, or fishing. You can catch mackinaw, rainbow trout, brown trout, bluegill, and smallmouth bass. The nearby rivers also offer great opportunities for Whitewater Rafting. In the winter months you will have plenty of opportunity for skiing, snowboarding or sledding at one of the local ski resorts. Apple Hill, a nearby town provides tasting rooms with award winning wines. Apple Hill is one of the two appellations within El Dorado County. The other is located south of Pollock Pines in scenic Fair Play - all within three miles of each other.

Things To Do... Apple Hill, a nearby town provides tasting rooms with award winning wines. Apple Hill is one of the two appellations within El Dorado County. The other is located south of Pollock Pines in scenic Fair Play - all within three miles of each other. Take a visit to Historic Placerville for Antique shopping or boutique hopping. Many restaurants and shops can be enjoyed. You may want to take a day trip up to South Lake Tahoe. This drive is only about 45 miles and will provide for lots of entertainment and gambling opportunities.

Skiing Information: In the winter months you will have plenty of opportunity for skiing, snowboarding, or sledding at one of the local ski resorts. Sierra at Tahoe is only 30 min. from this vacation home. Many others are located between Pollock Pines and South Lake Tahoe.

Golf Information: If you are looking for a great game of golf you can play at a truly championship golf course offering breathtaking views of nature. Apple Mountain Golf Resort is located a few minutes down the road in Apple Hill. Cold Springs Golf and Country is located approx. 20 min. away in Placerville. Smedberg Pines golf course and resort in Pollock Pines offers pasture golf (mountain golf)
