What is there to do within 10 minutes drive? Our lakefront mountain retreat is located only five minutes from DuPont State Forest and Caesar's Head State Park with its incredible waterfalls, over 80 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, and amazing overlooks. You are also within 10 miles from the Pisgah National Forest where you will find the Davidson River which boast more trophy trout per mile than any other stream in the country and unbelievable waterfalls. There is also tubing, rafting, horsebacking and Sliding Rock!

Why Brevard, North Carolina? Brevard truly has something for everyone besides the 250 named waterfalls and hundreds of acres of the six state and national forests that surround it: There is also a thriving music and arts community, fantastic shopping, and outstanding dining in this charming Appalachian town. You may also want to visit The Flat Rock Playhouse, Biltmore Estate, and Carl Sandburg home that are but a few of the nearby cultural attractions.
