Several lovely waterfront parks. A delightful trapeze school nearby nearby children's only playground/splash pools. Old cobblestone streets with historic architecture and facades restored to 19th century elegance. Dozens of museums within minutes/art galleries, as well as fabulous Broadway shows, great boutique shopping nearby. 4* restaurants all around us.

Greenwich Village and lower East Side for hip trendy culture.
