This Charming home provides a clean full basement equipped with a washer and dryer. Vacationing at this home has a lot to offer. We will do our best to make it easy and relaxing for you. There are several amenities outside John Pond Estates. Drive to Mashpee Commons for unique shopping. Within Mashpee Commons are boutiques, popular clothing stores, restaurants, movies, and more... Mashpee beaches and Falmouth beaches are lovely places to enjoy the Ocean. The Pomponessett Market Place in New Seabury offers shops, ice cream, mini golf, ocean, and eating. Golfing is close by as well!
