Balcony with spectacular beach/ocean view has BBQ, glass table, 4 large 2 small table chairs. Swimming pool at doorstep, tennis court on property. Only 16 units in complex. Completely renovated in 2000. Car not necessary- there are bicycles and golf carts for rent close by. Master bedroom has queen bed and ensuite bath, downstairs bedroom has twin beds and cross hall bath, loft has twin beds and full bath. Two cots plus large pullout living room sofa allow for up to 10 people.
