Lake Arrowhead cabin Rental Property Information

This Cabin is a 1-mile walk to the village on a beautiful trail along the lake. The property is surrounded by 100 year old pine trees . New kitchen with modern appliances, all cooking utensils, Dish network cable, 2nd story balcony off dining area for dining as the sun sets and early morning bird watching. A short walk down a path and you are at the lake. Fishing from the shore is excellent and the lake is always stocked with Trout and Bass.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • We take MasterCard or Visa. Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking. There is a $30.00 per day over the 8 person occupancy. Cancellation policy: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if notice is given 30 days in advance of arrival date. The 50% deposit will become the cancellation fee if cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance of arrival date. On any late booking (within 2 weeks of arrival date,) there will be no refunds of the deposit if cancellation is received at any time. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to the total cost of the rental fee. A credit card is required on file as a security deposit to insure the payment of any damages to the property. We will not charge the credit card for damages until we have spoken to you first. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be supervised on and around the property at all times.
