  • All four bedrooms have new log beds. The King, Queen and full beds all have new pillowtop mattresses. A queen size sleeper sofa and one single sleeper sofa are in the main living room. a queen size sleeper sofa is in the lower living room. Tempurpedic pads are provided for the sleeper sofas to make sleeping on these beds very comfortable. A twin size roll-away bed is kept by the laundry room, and can be placed any where to accommodate a child or adult. Two Cribs, both are Graco Pac-n-Plays.

Folding tables and chairs can extend the Dining table to seat 16. Some furniture will need to be moved to have one long table. We have matching china and silver to serve 16. The kitchen is well equipped with two toasters, two coffee makers, an espresso/cappuccino machine, coffee grinder, a microwave, blender, mixer, malt mixer, bread maker, donvier-style ice cream maker, two crock pots, one 8.5 qt, one 1.5 qt., rice cooker, and numerous pots, pans and utensils. another microwave is in the lower living area. In addition to our matching setting for 16, the property has plenty of everyday plates, silver, cups and glasses, etc. There are two gas grilles. One is steps away from the kitchen on the south deck. The other grill is located on the lower level covered flagstone patio. This grill gets little use but is very nice to have if it rains.

Free long distance, 120 satellite TV channels plus Sirius music channels, 37' hi def flat panel LCD TV. Hi-speed Internet, Secure Wireless network anywhere in the house and on the decks. Internet computer provided for guest use.Wireless printer with scan and copy. Hi-def home theater with surround sound, Satellite, DVR, DVD, VCR. Screen is 120' diagonal. Wii game console with two controllers and X-box with one controller can be connected. The theater has its own tv tuner,120 channels of satellite tv, Six to eight people can be seated in chairs and on the couch. More can be seated by bringing the stackable chairs down from the upstairs closet. This theater is very unique as you can view the mountains and wildlife while you are watching movies or TV!

New for 2009, Wii gaming console We have had so much fun with this we had to add one to the mountain house! The wii console and two controllers with nunchucks, and the wii sports games are here. the wii is also connected to the WI-FI network. the x-box is still here, too. A wireless printer/scan/copy machine has been added this year as well.
