Lake Marion Resort condo Rental Property Information

The beautiful resort is located 35 minutes south of Orlando and the Disney Theme parks and 40 minutes from the Universal Studio Parks Lake Marion is an easy drive to all of the Orlando parks. The resort is located on a 3800 acre bass fishing lake, and is a quick trip away from restaurants and shops including a Super Wal Mart, a Publix, and a Wynn Dixie. There are several golf courses very close to Lake Marion, including the award winning Diamond Back. Tampa and Busch gardens are only 40 minutes away and Kennedy Space Center, and the Atlantic coast is is a day trip at just over 1 hour away. The resort has an Adult and Children's swimming Pools, Hot Tub, Lake Front Beach, Tennis Courts, Fitness Centre, beach volleyball, and Lake Front Picnic Spots. .

  • A $250.00 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable to you at the end of your stay barring any damages. In addition, a 12% sales tax would apply as well as a one time cleaning fee of $60.00 if your stay is 5 days or shorted. 50% of rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival. The additional 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests canceling reservations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit all paid monies.

Also in the Master is a 20' TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a tall dresser, mirrored doors on the BIG closet, also with hangers, and enough room for you to place your pack and play crib. The second bedroom is were the internet hook-up is located.
