Can walk to restaurants (Marco Walk Shops), movie theater and the beach Resorts. The Somerset is a 122 unit condominium - highly upgraded, gated security, tennis courts, BBQ, and 2 swimming pools. The adjacent condominiums have no weekly rentals, providing for an uncrowded relaxing beach. The living room was was just redone ( August 08) with all new furniture and a 50 inch HDTV!!
