  • The 1st floor bathroom is a new addition to the cottage. It was built in 2007 to provide guests with easy access and also houses the stacked washer and dryer unit. The unit is behind a paneled door.

There are two great public golf courses nearby. One located in Searsport, about an 8 minute drive north and one in Northport, about a 10 minutes drive south. Moosehead State Park with great trails, picnic areas and terrific view of Penobscot Bay is about a 7 minute drive north of the cottage.

The small town has restaurants and shops that make it fun for the whole family. The activities at the waterfront make this a great spot to spend a week or a month. Enjoy plays, concerts, and other cultural activities. Belfast has been called a culturally cool town. There are making working artists in town and they usually have their work on display.
