For dining alfresco a complete range of unbreakable table ware and glasses are provided for your safety and enjoyment outside on the pool deck or garden areas. Quality sun loungers and pool chairs complete with comfortable cushions are provided for your comfort and relaxation by the pool or in the garden areas. Seating for outside dining is provided with a six seater table with comfortably cushioned chairs. An additional four seat table and chairs are also provided to cater for the larger party. The pool/pool deck and patio areas look out over the lake and the conservation areas beyond, giving a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and also provides a beautiful backdrop to watch the nightly fireworks displays over the tree tops. The Luxury lakeside Villa 'Arancia' The name 'Arancia' is taken from the Italian word for Orange! The ability to be able to fully relax in a peaceful and tranquil surrounding after a day at one of the theme parks, or golfing, is a must! Arancia's location provides this surrounding. Set at the edge of the lakeside and looking out over a further conservation area, one has the distinct feeling of privacy and relaxation. Only a short drive away you are able to enjoy a constantly growing variety of restaurants and entertainment. Have a good day out, return home, enjoy the pool and spa before sitting down to an alfresco meal on the patio enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the distant fireworks in the night sky! Whether it is a long or short stay, our on site management company is always there to assist you with any problem that may occur.
Entertainment & Amenities Pre book your tickets for the theme parks and shows. We would only be to pleased to provide the name of a reputable company to assist with this extremely important requirement at excellent value for money prices. Tickets can be delivered to you at Arancia. As a change from the hectic day at the theme park visit the beautiful lakes and historic township of Clermont with it's old world charm, good restaurants and winery There are numerous golf courses within a short distance of the villa Orangetree has tennis courts, soccer pitch and basketball court only a short walk from the villa with a 'Tot Lot' for the younger members of the family.
General We, as owners of the property, have, and still do travel a lot ourselves! There are many things that you cannot change or control, however, we strongly believe that we should provide a situation to our guests, that we would expect to find if we were renting the villa ourselves. This is reflected in the furnishings, entertainment equipment, additional kitchen ware through to the local management, who manage, maintain the grounds, pool, and clean the property. Should you require it they are on hand to help you to enjoy your vacation. Their local knowledge is extensive and available to assist you at any time. They are only a phone call away and are always happy to be of genuine assistance to you as a guest in the executive villa 'Arancia'! Please..........Enjoy!
Golf Information: There are a number of well known golf courses all within a very short drive of 'Arancia', these include: - Legends, Kings Ridge, Polo Park, Southern Dunes and the renowned Champions Gate, Golf Discounts are sometimes available.
