Snow Flower is Ski In - Ski Out! It is also a short walk to restaurants and shops and ice rink. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub have a view of lifts and ski runs. Lovely views to the mountain and woods. Washer and Dryer: Coin-Op Same Floor. Ask about wheel chair needs, please, to see if this condo is adequate for your needs. Long term rental in summer season OK.

Details That Make The Difference It is an easy walk to the ice rink, shops, apres' ski, & restaurants at the Ski Plaza, & to other restaurants (for instance 'Chez Betty'--one of our favorites), & groceries. Across the street from the x-c ski/snowshoeing on the golf course. Walkable to Main St (9 blocks), but a short, free shuttle ride if you desire. And most important: Truly Ski In-Ski Out. ***WE DO NOT USE THE CALENDAR !!!***, there are too many vagaries, and we can help with other condos if booked. Please call us or email for availability, thanks!

Hot Deals & Specials We have, on our own web site, a Hot Deals page, and Specials on our Rates page. Please call us directly for an update on this. Hot Deals are through out the season. The Special rates are generally during the week prior to Christmas, and the first part of January, following Christmas Holidays.

Personal Service, And Proud Of It We have 25 years experience living in Park City, and two years working at the Park City Mountain Resort. We know Park City from A - Z. What we missed, we will find out for you (Don had a Plebe Year). Ask us to provide information on: Restaurants, non skiing outdoor activities, day trips to other ski areas, National Parks in Utah (snowshoeing or xc ski in Bryce Canyon for example), child care, art galleries, special events, insight into the difference in the various ski areas, and much more.

Golf Information: The Park City Municipal Golf Course is across the street. The Park Meadows course is a mile away. There are 3 nine hole courses at Wasatch State Park 25 minutes away featuring a Mountain, Water, and Valley course. Ask us about other options.
