Condado studio Rental Property Information
This is a renovated, beautiful, bright large studio on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with view to Ashford Ave. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a Queen-sized bed & a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. In addition the building has 24 hour security, private pool and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the lobby and pool area. Safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel, which is right across the street from us, charges a minimal fee per hour. Free access to the beach; entrance is across the street from us. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze.

This apartment is right across the street from a 4-star Beach Resort “Marriott Hotel & Casino”, and the famous Condado Beach. All along the Ashford Avenue strip you will find a vast variety of Luxury Hotels, night clubs, casinos, spas, cafes, banks, pharmacies, convenience stores, dry cleaners, restaurants, boutiques, shops and many other attractions within walking distance. Island and City Tours, Rental Cars, snorkeling and scuba diving tours, and water sports activities can be easily arranged within the Beach Resort lobby across the street. Historical Old San Juan, the Cruise Ship terminal, Isla Verde, and the airport are just a short 10 to 15 minute drive away. The private and peaceful pool area offers plenty of comfortable chaise lounges, market umbrella tables, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower; perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. At the beach across the street, chaise lounges can be rented for only $3 per day, and there is a beach bar right in the Resort.

The Laundromat is located on the second floor of the building with sufficient washers and dryers. Amenities also include and iron and ironing board, hair dryers, blankets as well as feather down comforters and extra pillows. There are 4 beach towels and 3 bath towel sets available for use, along with a small cooler for bringing drinks and food to the beach or pool. The air-conditioned lobby by the pool has snack and drink vending machines, couches, books and other reading material. Power for laptop computers in the lobby is also available. The second floor has a new air-conditioned fitness room, complete with a universal machine, dumbbells, treadmill, stepper, and cycle machine. Use of the fitness room is free of charge. |

Accommodations and Surroundings This 400-plus square foot studio apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that let you take in the ocean views and breezes. Patio chairs and a small table are also available for use on the balcony. There is a Starbucks cafe less than a block away, and along Ashford Avenue there are several stores, including high-end designer stores such as Gucci, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and others. All are within walking distance. High-speed, wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and pool areas, free of charge. CULEBRA ISLAND VILLAS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL. Cell Phone Usage Our experience with cell phone usage is that the coverage in the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood is good for both Cingular and Sprint customers. Also, both of these providers include Puerto Rico as part of their long distance plans for the USA. Be sure to double-check with your own provider regarding cell phone coverage and any associated costs for using your cell phone.
Rental Cars and Parking It is not absolutely necessary to have a rental car, since most attractions are either within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. However, if you do want to do some exploring around the island, there are a multitude of rental car companies within walking distance of the apartment, including in the hotels. Please note that parking on the street is not always readily available, and parking lot fees at hotels can add up quickly. One parking space is available for a nominal fee.
Golf Information: We also have several apartments in the area please inquire. There are 2 two bedrooms apartments next to the property that can be rented and combine we can accommodate large groups of up to 20 people. We also have beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in Isla Verde in Condominium Marbella for $2,100.00 per week and Condado in Condominium Milenium with Ocean View for $2,100.00 per week. Also a one bedroom in Condominium Torre De La REina with spectacular views of San Juan for up to 4 people for only $1,000.00 per week. Please inquire .
