Breckenridge condo Rental Property Information

Ski watch slope side location permits skiing to the hot tub from a green or blue runs. Ski locker entry is just off the deck. Put on skis there and a brief downhill schuss puts you be the high speed quads or the double chairs. Lifts give access to all 4 Breckenridge mountains. Ski watch 318 affords a view of the lifts and mountains. Each room has a TV (DVD player in living room). Elevator and a large lounge are steps away. Garage parking for 2 cars is provided. Skier services (ski shop, ski school, child care, restaurant) are at the base area. The Gondola, Summit STage, and Town Trolley stop at the base area. No smoking or pets please.

Breckenridge is a resort town. It is most known for the skiing of 4 peaks. There are multiple super quads, chair litts, and T barsin addition to a gondola. All winter sports are available locally or within a short distance. Snowmobile tours can be purchased. During the summer there is golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, biking, picnicing, horseback riding, fishing, mini-golf, and riding the alpine slide. Various companies offer tours: trails, river rafting, ghost mining towns, and gold mine visits. Breckenridge is in the recreational area of Summit County where there are lakes, waterfalls, streams, marked trails, paved bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, breweries, museums, ghost towns, mines, and an outlet mall. It is just 2 1/2 hours from both Denver with its many sites and Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy,...). Regardless of the time of year, Skiwatch has something for all ages and interests. The air is clean and the scenery exceptional!

Ski Details Unit 318 faces the Peak 8 ski lifts making it possible to view the lines. Ski lockers are located one floor down off the garage. Exit to the ski slopes is onto the hot tub deck. You may put on your skis there and ski down to the Peak 8 facilities. Both green and blue runs go by the hot tub deck.
