skiing walking fishing snowshoeing cultural events This is a very private house, away from downtown, that backs straight into the mountain slopes. It offers maximum separation for generations, with a big family room for kids and TV and an adult sitting room with music and amazing views. Stewart Crrek, Silvertip, Kananaskis and Banff Springs gold courses are nearby. The Nordic Centre offers cross country skiing and biking, 10 minutes away. But if you'd rather sit and read there is a little nook outside the master bedroom, and the back patio is a sun trap even in February. The well-maintained river pathways can be reached by just walking out the front door. These can take you into 'town' with great restaurants, or along the gorgeous Bow banks toward Three Sisters.
