Lake Lanier house Rental Property Information

High gas prices and low lake levels means lower rates. We are offering a clean, roomy 3 or 4 bedroom house for what you could pay for a hotel room. Rates include use of the community pool, tennis court, basketball court, pavilion and brick BBQ at the pool. The lake is just a 2 minute drive. Enjoy fishing? There is great fishing here within walking distance. Is a visit to the mountains on your list? Dawsonville is 10 minutes away, Ellijay 30 minutes, Blue Ridge 1 hour, Blairsville 90 minutes. Theme parks: Six Flags 1 hour, Lake Lanier Islands 45 minutes. Located in a very quiet area The house is suitable for a couple, 2 couples, 3 couples or bring the family. With the finished den in the basement, this house sleeps 8 people. Maximum of 8 strictly enforced. Absolutely no house parties.

Located in North Forsyth County, our home is convenient to Gainesville, Cumming , and Dawsonville, GA. 10 minutes to GA 400, exit 17. Just 10 to 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, video/movie rentals, movie theatres, bowling and the N. GA Premium Outlet Mall . And of course, Lake Lanier with all it has to offer. Boat and jet ski rentals are 10 minutes away, or bring your own. Boat launch is 5 minutes away.

  • The master bathroom is very nice. With a double vanity, there is plenty of room and ample space for all your toiletries. There is also a separate shower, and deep tub for a nice relaxing bath. It is very well lit, or tone it down some and light some candles that are provided. The upstairs bath also has a large vanity and plenty of room for toiletries.

  • Maximum occupancy of 8 people, staying or visiting. You will find the bedrooms very roomy and comfortable. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the main floor, has a large walk in closet. It also has a TV with cable and a VCR and a stereo with CD player. We added a dimmer switch for quiet, relaxing moments. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, with plenty of closet space and a shared full bathroom. There are plenty on linens, blankets, pillows and towels provided at no additional charge.

Lake Lanier quiet getaway, roomy and clean Our home is very clean and roomy. It truly is a REAL TREAT to getaway for awhile in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. You will find much to do right here at the house, with a Foosball table and air hockey table. There is also boardgames, chess, playing cards, books and magazines for all ages. Please make yourselves at home.

Scenic drives, hiking, picnicking The house is located convenient to Gainesville, 15 minutes. Dawsonville, 10 minutes. Cumming, 15 minutes. GA 400 exit 17, 10 minutes. Buford and The Mall of GA, 30 minutes. Lake Lanier Islands, 45 minutes. Six Flags over GA, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mountain activities, 30 to 90 minutes. Shopping, bowling, theatres, N. Ga Premium Outlet Mall, 10 minutes.

Quiet Setting After a day of adventure, you will find our home very quiet and relaxing. Located in a very quiet area, there is very little traffic. Relax in the deep tub in the master bath. The back deck is a great place to hang out, with all the beautiful trees, squirrels and birds. Have a romantic dinner on the back deck or covered front porch. Our home is furnished with candles and dimmer lites to set the mood. Bring your pet! Dogs, birds, gerbils, tarantulas, but no cats, please. Come to North Ga to have some fun and relax.
