Most tourist destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and Balboa Park, The Gas Lamp District, The Embarcadero and Maritime museums, SeaPort Village, Point Loma, La Jolla and Old Town are all within 3-8 miles. Law Street is a quiet residential street that ends in a green park which overlooks the wide white-sand beach below. It's a very popular location for surfing. There is a ramp for access to the beach and restrooms in the park area. It is about 6 blocks North of the main street of Pacific Beach which has a variety of seafood, sushi and ethnic restaurants, bars and nightclubs. It's just three miles from La Jolla and about 7-8 miles to the downtown GasLamp area and the Zoo. Two miles from SeaWorld and three miles from Old Town.

  • Cancellation policy- Reservation deposit minus a $50 handling fee refundable up to 30 days prior to your check-in. Within 30 days we will refund what we can rebook and we are quit good at that.

These units are small and not recommended for more than 4 people which is why we have chosen not to put sofabeds them. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. Nice shared patio area with BBQs, tables and chairs and lounging chairs. Some units have views.

Quiet Upscale Residential Neighborhood Unlike Mission Beach and around Garnet and the Crystal Pier area, this is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. We do not rent to people who want to party, drink and disturb others. This is a family place. Starting Jan 1, 2008 there is no alcoholic beverages allowed on any San Diego beaches or city parks. Also, starting Jan 1, 2008, tenants and owners can be fined up to $1000 for disturbing the peace.
