Both kitchen and bath have new granite countertops, undermount sinks and wood cabinets. Building has plant and tree murals throughout public spaces to give it a resort feel. Washer and dryer in unit. Remote control wicker fan. Leather sleeper sofa(#502) allows room for additional guests. Pots, pans, silverware, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, and linens included. Also five speaker entertainment center with DVD, stereo, six-CD player(#502), and two 27 inch cable TVs provided(1 in #102). Cordless phone with free local phone service in unit(#502).

Air conditioning, cable TV, stereo, CD player(#502), full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, and private pool.
