Harwich - Harwichport house Rental Property Information

Within a minute’s walk from the beach, this charming cottage is centrally located in the family-friendly, peaceful campground area of Harwich Port. At one end of our street, Ocean Avenue, is a lovely beach (with no parking-so not crowded) and at the other end, is Harwich Port. The great restaurants and shops that Harwich Port has to offer is only a short walk away. With four bedrooms, a family room with satellite TV and a DVD player, wireless broadband and a screened porch at the front of the cottage to watch the world go by our cottage is a wonderful way to spend a Cape Cod vacation. Harwich Port is a picturesque small town with great restaurants, the famous Schoolhouse Ice Cream and yogurt shop, childrens activities, two golf courses, sailing, fishing and is close to the bike trail. Closeby are Chatham (5 miles), the ferry to Nantucket, the baseball team the Harwich Mariners, free evening concerts in Brooks Park, a great local library and the Harwich Junior Theatre. A comprehensive guide to the local area is produced by the local Chamber of Commerce and offered as a free download on their website.
