Contact us for payment details. A security deposit of $500 or 20% (whichever is greater) will secure your dates. Rent is due in full 60 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is fully refundable pending management’s inspection and approval of property at time of check-out; applicable refund will be made within 14 days of check-out date.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations 60 days or more before scheduled occupancy date, all monies will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. For cancellations less than 60 days before scheduled occupancy, monies will only be returned to the extent they are recouped by a new rental. There is a $200 processing fee. If the property cannot be re-rented, there will be no refund.

House Details Keala Lani is a spacious, comfortable and immaculately-kept home with 3+ bedrooms, 3 full baths, a huge great room/kitchen, and a large family room with additional sleeping space. The 1-acre yard is very private (at the end of a cul-de-sac) and planted in tropical flowers and trees as well as Kona coffee and other local delights. There are 2 covered lanais (off the kitchen and master bedroom) and a large open deck from which you can enjoy the enchanting panorama and perfumed Kona breezes (the makani). Keala Lani may also be rented as a 2 bedroom/2 bath at a reduced rate. (See Rates section.)
Top Floor (street level) The cheery kitchen has a new cooktop & oven, refrigerator with ice and chilled-water dispensers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker & grinder for your fresh Kona brew. There is a breakfast bar where you can sit and sip and enjoy the view, or you can go out to the lanai and relax at the outside dining table. The convenient laundry room provides a large-capacity washer and dryer. Great room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a new home theater system w/ 55' flat-screen TV, surround sound, Blu-Ray DVD/CD & iPod dock. Dining area seats 8. The roomy master suite offers you a comfy king bed, private lanai, walk-in closet, immense bathroom w/ double sink, spacious shower & sunken Jacuzzi tub with a view that you can only see to believe! There is a bonus alcove off the master bedroom that is a perfect space for an infant or child. (Crib & single futons are available.) The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & garden view. Bath w/ tub/shower just steps down the hall.
Downstairs The entire upper floor (2 bedrooms/2 baths) with all the above-mentioned features, plus the spacious sundeck, hot tub and BBQ, can be rented at reduced rate. This option is ideal for up to 4 adults and 1 or 2 children. See Rates section. DOWNSTAIRS: (It may be down—but it is still up above the bay and has the same amazing view as the top floor.) The bottom level of Keala Lani consists of a large family room with Tiki Bar, comfortable rattan seating, flat screen TV with DVD player, and stereo with CD player and iPod dock. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, 2-burner hotplate, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a queen-size sleeper-sofa, and deck with BBQ and hot tub . The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and killer ocean view; there is also a spacious bathroom with shower. Feel free to wander about our coffee and tropical fruit farm and pick whatever is in season!
