Each bedroom on the second floor has a sink. 3rd Fl: Completely renovated, deluxe, tiled master bath with jetted over-sized jacuzzi for two, a brand new tiled shower & lovely pedestal sink, located in the master suite. We plan to add a powder room on the third floor in the winter of 2010. We have 2 nice, lighted outside showers with private dressing rooms, shared with our other units.These showers are fully enclosed, each with a private dressing area and a large common area to dry & change children. You are welcome to use these during your stay & also late on your departure date if you go to the beach!

Condo A is under the main house & sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, DR & large LR. For 2010, Condo A is being renovated & will have a new kitchen & dishwasher, full 'handicap friendly' bath, & a tavern-style dining room. Condo B is the 1st floor of the addition & sleeps 5 in 2 BRs with 1.5 baths, a small full kitchen (no dishwasher), a bright living/dining room. Condo C is an efficiency & sleeps 4 with a full bath & kitchenette. Our beautiful, enclosed courtyard with lots of flowers, seating for 40, & gas grill is shared by the condos.
