This property is located at the basin of the Egg Harbor in Mays Landing, NJ. It is a small furnished home with 1 large bedroom, 1 full bathroom, great room, kitchen & laundry room. It is going to be renovated soon to enlarge the bed room and update the outside of the home. The inside was updated about 15 years ago to include all amenities you should expect in a normal home. The land is just over an acre with the house sitting back from the water about 230 foot. The land, bulkhead, boat ramp, dock & boat slip has just been renovated and is very beautiful.
