This house is located on Barnegat Bay just south of the LBI causeway. It is a five minute drive to Long Beach Island and you do not have to go though any traffic lights to get to the island. It has one of the best views of the bay around, the sun rises over LBI and over the bridge resulting in a beautiful sunrise. This house is in a great location to get to the Breeder's Cup. This house is south of Monmouth Park, thus you will not sit in traffic heading to the Cup events.
