  • $70 day- $450 per week per person
  • Rates for 1 person are 45 Eu/night, and Eu 305 per week. Each additional person is 10Eu/night or 70 Eu /wk extra.Telephone long distance is not included in the rate. Cleaning fee is $30 or $12/hr, as needed. No extra visitors or occupants are allowed on the premises, except the guests agreed upon.
    For long term rentals 25% security deposit required to make a reservation, reimbursable at the end of the stay. Key deposit is 50US$. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Paypal accepted with 4% surcharge. Euros, Pounds, Romanian Roni accepted.
    Cancellations accepted more than 30 days prior to arrival, when deposit will be reimbursed. Less than 30 days, deposit is returned minus 100$ fee.
    No rentals to people younger than 21, unless accompanied by an adult. Please no surprise visitors.

The apartment is located in the heart of town, mid height high rise,8 floors total,apt is on a mid floor to have a great view. The building is safe, locked all the time, there is intercom, 2 elevators available per each section. The quiet hours are strictly reinforced. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, the building is clean and well maintained. Off street parking available, first come first serve basis, the area is safe, large green area in front.
