The condo sits in 'Ahwatukee.' Just on the south side of South Mountain. Beautiful suburb of Phoenix. 15 minutes from the airport. The Interstate is minutes away. Straight shot to Tucson only One hour fifteen minutes. Two and Half hours to Mexico. Three Hours north to Flagstaff for skiing and five hours to San Diego California for the Beach. Local area is loaded with things to do: tennis, movies, golf, shopping, spas, museums, and some of the best restaurants and friendly watering holes in the Valley of the Sun.
