One Block to the North About a block north of the house there is a small mall with a neighborhood grocery store, dry cleaner, beauty salon, day spa, bank, gas station with convenience store, and a couple of places to eat in or take-out.

Down the Hill to the West Down the hill and to the west, is the new Riverwoods Business Park. It offers movies and retail businesses such as Copeland Sports, Borders Books, Abercombie and Fitch, Wiilliams-Sonoma, Gymboree, Talbots and more. Restaurants include Maccaroni Grill, Hogi Yogi, Steak Out, Shoots Chinese Cuisine, Tucano's and more.

Sundance The house is an ideal location for skiers and Sundance Film Festival visitors who would enjoy more space, family or group privacy, for those who would prefer to come out of the canyon and sleep at the foot of the mountain, and for those with that special yearning for Provo's enchantments.
