Devon Court is located in the heart of South Mission Beach, a few short blocks south of the Roller Coaster. The Court is a well maintained, walk on only court, that is primarily owner occupied. It is only a couple of blocks long, and extends from the ocean to the bay. South Mission is the highly desirable, calmer, more predictable, consistent housing area at the southern end of the strand. You’re steps (4 houses from the bay-side, 9 houses from ocean-side) away from the hustle and bustle, but not an ongoing victim. In a couple of hours drive, you can even visit Disneyland for the day! The Unit This ground floor unit is the bottom unit of a very well kept 4 unit condo complex, located on bay side of Mission Blvd. The living room, dining room, and equipped kitchen of this 1200 square foot unit are open and flow nicely, making for easy living, and spacious entertaining. The master bedroom, with Queen sized bed, has a private bath and shower. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, along with a pullout trundle bed, which makes into the equivalent of a king sized bed The second bath is available just in the hall adjacent. All linens, except for beach towels, are provided. Washer/dryer included. The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ, table with umbrella and chairs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 kayaks are provided for your use.

Local Activities The OCEAN SIDE is a bustle of activity (1½ short blocks away), where the sand, waves, and boardwalk beckon. Enjoy the OCEAN - surfing; boogie boarding; body surfing, swimming, wading, fishing – the SAND - sand volleyball, shell collecting, castle building, picnics, sunbathing, reading - the BOARDWALK – rollerblading, biking, skateboarding, walking or strolling; or just sit on the seawall and watch the people go by. Rent a bike or skates nearby or try a SEGWAY! They’re great fun! And do time your day so that you don’t miss the amazing sunsets. Maybe you’ll see a GREEN FLASH!! Belmont Park, with its food, shopping, and the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, is a few short blocks away. The BAY SIDE with it’s own clean, wide, sandy beach, is a much calmer, quieter place to enjoy the sun and water. Except for surfing, the same activities are available, just in a more serene environment. Add kayaking to your bayside fun. Nearby are windsurfing, jet ski, parasailing and boat rentals.

FOOD, SHOPPING, & AREA ACTIVITIES Only ½ a block away, the little corner grocery and two casual restaurants provide instant food. Stroll less than 5 minutes to the Food options and the Tourist shopping area located in Belmont Park. Walk, bike or drive a couple of miles to the many enticements of the Pacific Beach area. Beyond that San Diego, with it’s many wonderful options, beckons. AREA ACTIVITIES – Only a few minutes away are the San Diego Airport, Crystal Pier, Mission Bay Park, Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Balboa Park and museums, San Diego Historic Old Town, Gaslamp Quarter & Downtown, Little Italy, Fashion Valley Shopping Center, Mission Valley Shopping Center, Horton Plaza Shopping Center, easy access to the Trolley for exploring all of the San Diego area, Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado Bridge and Island, Point Loma, Go a bit further to La Jolla, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, the Wild Animal Park, as well as Tijuana and Mexico.
