Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our immaculate beautifully decorated upstairs owner’s duplex. Park your car and just relax! This charming beach house is ideally and uniquely located on a side street, about 12 homes either way from both the ocean and bay beaches. Choose your beach depending on the day and how you’re feeling! Our bay beach boasts a lifeguard, playground and pavilion while our lifeguarded ocean beach is newly replenished, with plenty of room to spread out. If you tire of the sun and sand, take a short stroll to the many shops, restaurants and snack spots nearby. Or just relax with a good book in the garden or on the deck & look toward the dunes or bay. Our inviting home offers an open living room/kitchen with leather seating, cable TV, our DVD and beach library, three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage, two outdoor seating areas & our collection of original art for you to enjoy. Come to the north end of Surf City! We are fortunate to be located on one of the few streets to offer both an ocean AND bay beach. Long Beach Island is only four short blocks wide here, so you have your pick of two life-guarded beaches within steps of our lovely home. Stand on the ocean dunes and you can see the bay; stand on the bay beach, and look at the ocean dunes. Of course, from our deck, you can see either... Moreover, we are on a quiet side street yet just a very short walk from some wonderful shops, restaurants and activities to keep you busy should you tire of the beach. You can truly leave your car and worries behind and enjoy a relaxing vacation

We have lovingly redecorated our home for our own enjoyment as well as yours. Enter the sliding doors from the spacious gated deck with its dining table, seating area, gas grill and cool breezes. The living area features comfortable leather seating, a large TV with DVD player, CD player, and a library of DVDs & beach books for you to borrow. The bright eat-in kitchen with a tile-top table opens to the living area so everyone can be together. There is a shared outdoor shower, a lovely shaded seating area by the garden in the yard and a shared washer & dryer in the garage. Please enjoy the original professionally completed artwork and photos on our walls throughout. The apartment offers new central air as well as five ceiling fans for the cooler evenings. There isn't a better place to spend a summer vacation! Seasonal & multi-week rentals are welcome and will receive discounted rates. Please inquire. Guest Book ***We were here for 6 weeks and had a fabulous summer! I’ve been coming to LBI my whole life but this was my first summer in Surf City. We loved the house, the neighborhood and neighbors- it was great! We have 3 daughters, and we especially enjoyed the Children’s Theater, the Just Bead It store and the local library which has a calendar of local events. But of course, our favorite activity was the beach – the water was great! Thanks again – we’re sad to return to reality! We hope to come back again! CE, Central PA,8/07***We had a wonderful time.
