  • 50% of the rental amount is due within one week of booking to hold your reservation. Final payment (50% of rent, tax, cleaning and damage deposit) is due 45 days prior to your stay. All monies are 100% refundable up to 45 days prior to your stay - less a $50 per villa fee. Refunds for cancellations made within 45 days of your stay are subject to the property being re-booked - less a $50 per villa fee. Regardless of whether the property is re-booked, your damage deposit, cleaning fee and taxes are 100% refundable. Final balance payment due 45 days prior to your stay that is not paid on time may result in a loss of reservation.
  • Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.
