Rental Rates for the house in Florida, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates run from $1400.00 to $3500.00 depending on season.

    This property generally rents by the week, Saturday through Saturday in the months of winter/spring break and summer vacation months.
    The Coconut Palm is available by the month from mid-August to mid-December, and January. Daily rates with four night minimum are
    available in the off season. Monthly rates are offered in September, October, November, January, and February.
  • $400.00 booking deposit secures dates. Please be sure of your dates, this deposit is non-refundable. We offer travel Insurance
    in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellation.

    Cleaning fee upon departure.
    $500.00 to $1000.00 refundable security deposit required. Security deposit is returned 15 business days after departure. Security deposit refunded in full if there are no negligent damages, no missing items, and no extensive additional cleaning costs past four hours.

    Travel insurance is suggested to protect against unforeseen changes in plans, such as trip cancellation.

Clearwater Beach and Vicinity Pier 60 offers daily sunset festivals. It is 1.5 miles from this home. At dusk, vendors, musicians, and craftspeople gather along the Pier toasting the end of the day. Weather permitting. Area offers playground in the sand as well as winding beach walk heading south. Take in a dinner of Florida's famed grouper, stone crab, and key lime pie. Walk the strip along Mandalay Avenue, the heart of Clearwater Beach for outdoor and indoor dining. The Clearwater Municipal Marina launches dolphin encounter rides, the Sea Screamer, fish charters, and more. For a closer look at a bottlenose dolphin, try the Clearwater Marine Aquarium with its tank of local fish and loggerhead turtles. The cities of Tampa and St Petersburg are about 30 minutes away. We are 40 minutes from Tampa Int'l and Clearwater-St Pete Airports. Ask us about bike and scooter rentals, tennis courts, golf, or wedding planning.

Orlando /Tampa We are less than two hours from Orlando and its theme parks of Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and more. It is via Interstate Four. Disney Exits begin at 62. We are 45 minutes from Busch Gardens in Tampa along with its water park.
