Condado condo Rental Property Information

This vacation rental is of a nice, fully-furnished studio apartment in the Ashford Imperial, a high-rise condominium apartment building with a 24-hour security guard in the lobby. A private indoor garage parking space is also included in the rental. There is a private pool located off the lobby level with a /sun deck, comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables & umbrellas, outdoor shower and a pool-side lavatory. There are vending machines and free wireless Internet access in the rear lobby (pool access) and in the front lobby). There are several designer boutiques in the building and a café with outdoor seating along Ashford Avenue. On the second floor there is a gym/exercise room for guests' use and a coin-operated laundry room with washer/dryers.

The building is across from the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino which has a gym/health club/spa services/pool/beach/tennis and garage parking. Tours of the island, rain forest, snorkeling, etc. as well as rental cars can be arranged in their lobby. Historic Old San Juan is a ten-minute taxi ride away or a 75 cents' bus ride. Everything is at your fingertips. A short bus/taxi ride to and from airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Condado beach is just a short walk away. If your Spanish is not quite up to par, most everyone speaks some English and Spanish. Nearby conveniences: Walgreen's 24 hour pharmacy and grocery store located one block away 24 hour food shopping center (Pueblo) walking distance - Blockbuster video store located at Pueblo - Citibank ATM located half a block from the condo - Excellent hospital located 4 blocks away - Near houses of worship - Buses/Taxis across from the building will take you shopping and sightseeing or to any destination.
