Features include 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a huge kitchen, two dishwashers, wine cooler, top of the line Monogram appliances, ice maker, dual-fuel cooking, 3 sinks, master bath with whirlpool, walk-in shower, his and hers vanity areas, private toilet and bidet and 4700 square feet of living space. There are breathtaking and unlimited gulf views, with southwest exposure. It is literally a stone's throw to the gulf.

Other features include a full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a gas fireplace and elegant furnishings with plantation shutters throughout. Each of the four bedrooms has a dedicated full bath.

The building amenities are unsurpassed and include a private beach and private fishing pier. There is a vanishing edge swimming pool and a spa on the lobby level. Within the building, there is a private state-of-the-art theatre, a bar and social room, a billiards room, a card room, and a gorgeous fitness room overlooking the gulf. When you enter the lobby, your first sight is a wall sized tropical fish aquarium. There is not a more beautiful or elegant building on Marco Island!
