Newly remodeled! With warm colors and an inviting atmosphere, beds you can't wait to jump into, and a brand new kitchen, you will feel completely at home and won't want to leave! This beautful Sunriver home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great room, hot tub and expansive deck in the backyard. The home sleeps 10. In addition, you can't beat this location! You can find the bike path in the rear of the lot. Go through the tunnel, and there you are at Fort Rock Park with any sport you can imagine, plus plenty of playground equipment. It's also very close to the tennis courts and golfing. Enjoy some quiet time on the expansive back deck either in the hot tub or lounging in a lawn chair. Cuddle up on the cozy couch and read a book, watch a DVD, or play a board game with friends and family. This beautiful 4 BR, 2 bath house is a place you will want to come back to again and again!

A short drive takes you to many more golf courses, fantastic skiing and snowboarding, and more live entertainment and shopping in Bend.

Cancellation Policy We work through a property management company called Bennington Properties. Here is their cancellation policy: If the reservation is canceled outside of 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a full refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee. If the reservation (only if paid in full) is canceled inside 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and the home is re-rented for the same number of nights, a full refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee. If the home is not re-rented, a credit is given to re-book the same home for the same # of paid nights during the off season only (re-booking is limited to one time only). Credits are honored for a whole year after the original scheduled arrival date.

Payment Here is Bennington's policy on payment: Payment in full is due 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If payment in full is not received 45 days in advance the reservation will be canceled and the rental deposit made on the reservation will be forfeited. A VISA, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard, is required as a guarantee that you will fulfill your rental obligations. You are responsible for following check-in/checkout procedures and leaving the unit in an acceptable condition. In the event of a violation of this agreement, you understand and authorize Bennington Properties, LLC to debit & process your credit card for the necessary charges.
