Fort Myers Beach condo Rental Property Information

Home away from home awaits you at our luxury 2 bedroom / 2 bath fully remodeled Gulf Front condo. Our condo is a spacious, bright, clean, non smoking, fully equipped luxury unit located in a well maintained building on the south side of Fort Myers Beach. We are just a few short steps from our door to the sandy white beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. Our condo is fully equipped with 400 count bed linens, thick bathing towels, beach towels, cooler, kitchen supplies as well as a full sized washer and dryer. Our condo is your home away from home, and not a typical 'worn out' rental. We have been told we have the most comfortable beds of any vacation rental property on the beach! Many extras in our condo including our library of family videos, DVDs as well as a variety of games, pool / beach toys for the entire family. Each bedroom has a color television as well as a 27 inch TV in the great room. We have a portable play pen and portable high chair for our smallest guests

  • $250 reservation / damage deposit which is refundable within 3 weeks of your positive departure.
  • Must be 25 years or older to rent. We accept personal checks, Visa / MasterCard checks as well as PayPal. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Once payment is received, we will send you a set of keys via certified mail.
  • No smoking / no pets please.

    Please note 2 week minimum low season, one month minimum high season. We are unable to rent for less then 2 weeks at anytime. We are only able to rent to one set of renters per month under all circumstances.

  • The king bed is very new and is extremely comfortable....you will never want to go home! I have had many renters tell me that they have looked at the mattress and plan on buying the same bed for their homes... I don't think there is anything worse then discovering your vacation rental has a hard as a rock bed! You won't find a more comfortable bed on the beach!!The bed has a very thick pillow top as well as 400 count luxury linens. The queen bed is also newer, very comfortable with 400 count linens. We also have a newer queen sized sleeper sofa in the great room, and a portable play pen / crib for our smallest guests.

Best location on the beach! Location, Location, Location! Best location on the 7 mile beach. The condo / hotel next door (Pointe Estero) rents for over $400 a night during season. We are true ocean (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar located in front of our building! Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street. Jet ski rental including organized tours as well as cabana rental in front of our building. Just a tad over 2 miles to Lover's Key state park. Publix grocery shopping less than a mile north of our condo. Bike rentals, video rentals, public library, miniature golf, churches all near by. 18 hole public golf course a mile south of our condo. 25 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo combined with super convenient location allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car. Best value on the beach for condo size, location and being a fully remodeled condo.

For your convenience Covered assigned parking- no fighting over a spot in our building for those who choose to rent or bring their vehicle! Several building elevators. Very well maintained building, very clean, high end building. Our condo has both ocean front views and side views of our oversized heated pool, 3 feet to 8 feet.

Extras A large variety of family and children's dvd's and videos in our condo for your use. A variety of family games in our condo for your use. Pool toys, 'noodles', sand buckets for the kids to use. 4 beach chairs, why pay for a rental chair when you can use ours? Leave your beach towels at home, we have 6 for you to use. Small beach cooler for your use... Be a beach bum... Take refreshments to your beach or pool chair. Full size washer and dryer in our condo... Why use coin laundry or small apartment sized washer and dryer?

Golf Information: 18 hole public golf course located 1 mile south of our condo. I have many happy renters who come back each year.... References available with request!!
