This is a very quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for those of you looking for a peaceful getaway. Our neighbors, as well as us, will greatly appreciate your cooperation in being respectful and reasonably quiet. Kids are welcome but please remember that you will be responsible for their safety and for any damage that occurs to the furnishings during your stay. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in our home and that also includes smoking on the lanai as well as on the grounds of the condo. If you are found to be smoking or using drugs on the property you will be immediately evicted with no refunds and loss of deposit. Thank you for respecting this rule. Our home is equipped with HD TV, wireless high speed Internet, and a washer and dryer. No expense has been spared to provide amenities that will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. There is plenty of street parking available directly in front of the condo.
