Further Details for the house in Arizona, USA
For those of you who need to exercise, the 2-car garage has a treadmill for your use. Not into working out? Stay inside and play some board games with your family, read a book while your kids play a video game or watch a movie on the big television! This is a new home built in 2007! Just about every single thing in the home is also new! Call or email to see more pictures.
If you want to get outside, walk 50 yards to the huge pool with restrooms, showers and plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Right next to the pool is a spacious park with a brightly colored jungle gym for your little ones!
This home is in a great location for all of your outdoor and indoor activities. It’s a short drive to the Glendale Stadium that is to host the 2008 Super Bowl. The Peoria and Surprise Stadiums are also nearby. Golf is all around the valley, so no trouble finding a place to practice your swing! You can’t get much closer to Lake Pleasant! It’s just a 15 minute drive north from where you are staying! You will be staying near Loops 101 and 303, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the valley! Tons of theatres, shopping and restaurants close by!
