Beautiful brownstone located on Jefferson Ave. Located in Stuyvessant Heights area. Full of original details. Built in 1910. Parquet floors, fireplaces, Claw foot tubs. Lot of natural light. Very spacious rooms. Great kitchen area if you love to cook. This house has a lot of charm like most of the houses in the area. Since it is from the 1910 circa. I fell in love with the high ceilings the details around like the molding. The wood around the staircases. Brooklyn as a borough has it's own flavor it tends to have a lot of colour. There is so much happening in the summer like the Labor day Parade, Concerts in the parks, the Brooklyn Museum. 15 minutes by train to lower Manhattan 25 minutes to Midtown. While in Brooklyn Enjoy the restaurants. Brooklyn Acadamy of Music, The Brooklyn Museum, The Botanical Garden. The Concerts in the Parks in the summer.

The Architecture is breathtaking. Located 15 minutes from Bam by bus or by train 5 minutes. Clinton Hill 5 minutes on the train lot of shops and trendy restaurant. Brooklyn museum, look up. Close to the C and the A train. Brooklyn is on the move come and enjoy what it has to offer.
