    This will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.
    An electric fee of US $21 / week is included in the rental rate, excesses above will be charged at check-out or deducted from deposit.

    If you require a long term rental please contact us for special price.
    Charge for lost key or garage door opener will be $50.
    A cancellation fee of $150 will apply for any cancellation.
    Refunds only upon written notice received at least 60 days before arrival.

Villa Details The villa is situated in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 beds/3 baths and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is solar heated and western facing so it gets the sun all day. There are stunning sunsets from the pool and lanai. The villa is a short drive to the Gulf Coast beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel (Great for shelling). There are numerous golf courses within a 15 mile radius. The villa is close to the Four mile ecological park. (walking, biking and kayaking) Convenient SE location close to shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a low traffic neighborhood. This is the ideal location for a beach, water sports or golfing vacation. For the shopaholics the Edison mall is approx 10 minutes away, Coastland center mall is 50 min away, Miromar outlets 30 min and port Charlotte mall 50 min away. You can easily spend a day at the malls and buy very cheap designer clothing.
