Quebec City apartment Rental Property Information
Inside The Old City Walls, right in the Center of the Historic French Site: Ancestral and Charming Apartment - 3 Bedrooms - 1 Baths - Large splendid Terrace and View - (Sleeps 6 to 8). From the large terrace (8 x 12 ft.), nicely furnished with french style tables and chairs, perfect for a 'croissant' in the morning or a drink at evenings!), you benefit from the nicest possible view on the Old Town (Porch, Chapel and Museum of the Ursulines), and even of the Quebec Prime Minister's apartment! You are right in the Center of the Historic City, surrounded by the Convent of the Ursulines, the Chapel, the famous Museum and the Château Frontenac. You find just 2 doors away a little grocery store (called in French « Dépanneur »), the only one available in the Upper Town; and 4 doors away, the world famous and antic restaurant « Aux Anciens Canadiens », called after the first novel or so of the French Colony, « Les Anciens Canadiens » by Philippe-Aubert de Gaspé.
Location
Within two blocks of the Chateau, this 183 year old, three bedrooms apartment with an outstanding terrace (providing a beautiful view on the famous 'porch' of l'École des Ursulines), constitutes the ideal 'home base' for exploring the surrounding town. Shopping, dining, museums and cultural events are less than a block away South to rue Ste Louis or one block North to rue Ste Anne. For the best in fresh meats, produce, a good bottle of wine or a quick snack; a great deli (the only one in all upper side of Old Quebec) is just two doors away.

A. This cozy apartment is a 'one-of-a-kind' in the old city and return guests are already booking for next year. If this accommodation meets your specifications, we encourage you to reserve your stay very early; especially if your visit is to coincide with a special event.
B. Please bring your favorite house slippers for use inside; it's an old-world tradition that's friendly to the polished antique wood floors. (In the winter, the municipal government keeps the streets and sidewalks clear of ice and snow with the liberal use of salt and chemicals ...it's great outside, but devours wood floors.)
C. For more information please e-mail us. We have a series of PDF 'electronic brochures' featuring la Mason Ursulines, the neighborhood, city and unique destinations beyond; just tell us of your interests.
D. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us. We will gladly help customize your stay to meet your specific needs.

Further Details for the apartment in Quebec, Canada
The Summer Season Reserve this elegant apartment for an unforgettable visit. The summer months are a wonderfully mild season in this magical city with special events daily including New France historical celebrations just down the hill and the Changing of the Guard just up the hill in La Citadelle. Throughout the summer, the Old City overflows with window boxes and hanging flower baskets.
Winter Fun It's also never too early to consider a winter fun and ski get-away. This condominium home is an ideal balance between close-by world class ski destinations like Mount St. Anne and Stoneham and great in-town night life ...for a truly French/European Christmas season, reserve this special home in December and have a magical holiday. Or join in Québec's famous Winter Carnival festivities (February); the biggest winter carnival in the world. Most events are right in the neighborhood.
The 'Off' Seasons If art collecting, antiquing, or a quiet romantic get-aways the goal, consider booking a stay during our off seasons. The crowds are gone and the locals 'retake' the cafes as Old Québec slows down to a pace that matches the changing seasons. It's a great way to sample the town's timeless European tempo.
