The Ocean Walk Condominiums clubhouse has a sitting area with a fireplace.  There is also a business center, a card room, and a fitness room with machines. There is wireless Internet connection in the condominium, the clubhouse and the complex common areas (strongest signal in the clubhouse). The pool is within view of the condo. There is a pond with ducks. There are tennis courts and a children's playground. The digital cable TV in the living room includes an on-demand channel with a large menu of free programs and movies. Bedroom TV's have regular digital cable. There is a DVD player that can be used with all bedroom TV's.
