Sleeping for 12-14. Dining room table seats up to 14 people, and 4 more at the kitchen counter. A Palladian window frames the ocean view from the second floor, like a painting! 20' Arched ceiling in the living room. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, built-in ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Custom details throughout! See the sunrise to the east and watch it set in the west! Kitchen fully equipped with service for 16, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, waffle maker and lobster pot.
