Golfing in the Wailea area is spectacular. Wailea boasts 3 golf courses, one of which hosts the Wendy's Senior Skins game. Nearby Makena has 2 beautiful ocean courses. Makena is also the home of Big Beach. It is famous for its body surfing and boogie boarding. Pack a picnic lunch, a beach umbrella and make an afternoon of it at Big Beach! Check with the activity desk in the lobby, and book any of the many activities offered on the island. The activity desk offers golf discounts in Wailea. Opulance abounds as you drive south on Wailea Alanui along hotel row. Treat yourself to an afternoon at the spa at the Grand Wailea, dinner at Nick's Fishmarket restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel, or Wolfgang Puck Spago's restaurant at the Four Seasons. These are a few of our favorite indulgences.
