Harbor Springs house Rental Property Information

In-town charming 100+ year old historical home neat, clean and updated for your vacation pleasure. All of the first floor is light/ airy and rooms spacious. Kitchen has everything one might need, big dining room and living room with cable TV, computer wireless. Screened in porch (length of the house) is a bonus. Back door off kitchen for easy access for BBQs. Big private back yard with pergola for shade, swing-set and play-house the kids will love. There is a grill and above ground fire pit. Three bedrooms with two queen beds (one with a TV) and one single bed. Air mattress (auto-fill) in the closet if required. Two upstairs air conditioners. Full bath brand new is located on first floor. Washer and dryer. All linens provided. Truly an enchanting home to create wonderful memories! No smoking home. Best beaches in northern Michigan are located in this area - we will let you in on our secret favorite!

Activities and relaxation for everyone. Beautiful resort town with many vistas, shopping, hiking, swimming, beach combing, skiing. art, antique, equestrian and food festivals most weekends through-out the summer. Walk or ride your bike around town, to park, swimming and in-town for ice cream. Take a nap on the porch or barbecue in the back yard. Winter is a Great time too. We are 10 minutes to the slopes. Skiers welcome (if you take your ski boots off in the mud room!) :)

Recommend you bring your bicycles. Playground(s), party store, grocery and florist you can walk to. It feels like 'Grandma's house or the Grandma's house you wished you had visited as a child!

Time for Creativity, Relaxation and Adventure For images of the area check out the Harbor Springs MI Chamber of Commerce, Petoskey Chamber and I have also seen images onflickr.com. This is the kind of place to come and relax and spend time doing the things you enjoy. Picturesque so in you are a photography, painter, sculptor, into pottery or enjoy the arts - you are coming to the right place. Most weeks during the summer there is something going on from antique shows, flea markets, art shows, boat races, etc. We are close for day trips to Charlevoix, Mackinaw Island, Indian River (rent a boat). The things to do are as endless as your imagination. Don't forget if you rent with us, you will be coming back to comfort. Sit in the backyard and read a book while the kids play, or take a nap on the screened in front porch with the summer breeze hitting your face.

Ride your Bike!! We recommend if you can bring your bicycles - this is such a fun town to ride around. You can check out the old mansions and magnificent homes, as well as shop in town, grab a coffee or hit the bakery, and the grocery store is within riding distance too. This is the place to feel healthy, wealthy and wise. You can't go wrong in Harbor Springs!
