The hot tub is private on the deck, the three swimming pools are located throughout the resort, one is conveniently next to this home, a tennis court is within the resort. The water level has been lowered due to the Core of Engineers working on the damn, therefore you need to use the State dock ramp to launch your boat which is 15 minutes from the home. There are trails throughout the resort for hiking, bike riding and ATVs.
