Rental Policy 1/2 of the Rent & Tax amount, along with a $500.00 Security Deposit, $100.00 Cleaning Fee, and $50.00 for a Temporary Village ID Pass, is payable no later than 10 days from the date of the lease. The balance is due 90 days prior to the reservation.
