    The totals of rent and deposits must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival time. A 2 week cancellation prior to arrival date for full deposit refund.
    The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after your departure and inspection of premises via a check in the mail.

Aside from the sleep areas mentioned above, We have great camping in the warmer months on the lower terrace at the top of the waterfall. So, we actually have room for up to 10 or 12 people in comfort and style where you have enough room for everyone to have a great time. There is plenty of wood for the fireplace in the rear wood shed. We have a brand new, very nice crib for you on request

We have gone to great lengths to bring to you a very clean and comfortable stay. We are very confident in your vacation happiness. We have had many people come to visit over the years with so much positive feedback, this is the reason we are open to share with the world what we have loved all our lives in Ben Lomond...Well it has been 1 year and 3 months now since we opened our doors to all of you very good people. WOW! Our expectations have shot thru the roof. We have attracted a wonderful clientele from local Californians and different states across the U.S. to as far as Sweden, Holland, Russia, and Europe. All who vacationed here have had a fantastic time and left with fond memories. We Thank each and every family who have given us the opportunity to share with you this small piece of Heaven on earth. We will continue to better the experience for future guests who will follow in your foot prints.

Scopazzi's was a great meal. Spanky's & Coffee 9 almost every day! Beautiful stream and wonderful fireplace. We brought a lot of music instruments and had great jam sessions around the fire in the evening! Day trips to Santa Cruz and Monterey. It would be good to do this next year.
