Local phone calls only, great supply of DVD movies, washer & dryer (pay) on Condo grounds, Free parking, No pets allowed per association rules. This is no smoking inside condo but free to smoke on grounds of condo. There is no daily maid service but there are plenty of clean linens. There is no pool at condo but pool at next door hotel is available and free to all Birdsong guests. We are very flexible and will offer an early check in and a late check out, if available.

The condo is well stocked with everything that is needed for a great vacation at the beach. The best part is that this condo is literally steps away from a beautiful beach (as advertised). We were so inappreciative of how clean the condo was and the extras that were provided in the room (beach chairs, towels, etc.). It was a good location, quiet and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard while watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this Condo for a nice relaxing vacation.
