LOCATION: The condo is close to major attractions, that is, only 9/10 mile to Disney withe FREE shuttle, 3.5 miles to SeaWorld, 2.5 miles to Orange County Convention Center, 7 miles to Universal Studios, and close to Premium Outlet Mall, Dixie Stampede, restaurants, and Gatorland. LAKEFRONT: There is 900 feet of lake frontage. Four-hundred (400) Acre Lake Bryan offers water-sports, including jet-skis, power boats, swimming, fishing, and water-skiing. Three freshwater pools are free-form and heated, with children's pools adjacent to main pool, lake boat dock, and lake front tiki huts. The resort is next to a grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants. A miniature golf course is just outside the building.
